Exterior
The main gate to the property is just off the main road and the driveway is concreted all the way past the guest house to the main house, finishing in a lovely courtyard, where an old fishing boat planted with mature shrubs acts as a turning circle.
The land is fully fenced and includes an orchard and many mature trees including olive, cherry, walnut, almond, peach, membrillo, plum and algorobbo. There is also a separate fenced area where the owners kept chickens.
The garden area to the front of the house and between the swimming pool is laid to grass, with more beautiful mature trees and shrubs. All fully irrigated.
There is a lovely sized south facing swimming pool to the front of the property with a great patio area for sunbathing. Lights around the pool provide the option for evening swimming and entertaining.
To the side of the pool in a secret corner is an amazing historical round patio which was originally used to beat the chaff off the wheat. This is a great outdoor area for summer parties, with stone seating around the edges.
There are panoramic views everywhere you look, of the mountains and right down to the Costa Tropical and mediterranean sea.
