What is included?

• Property valuation: We will suggest an ideal market price, but you will always have the final say.
• Pictures / Videos / Virtual tours: All included.
• Publishing & Marketing: Benefit from our qualified years of marketing expertise. Of course we will publish your property on our website, online portals and social media channels, but our experience will also place your property in front of your target market.
• Handling viewings: We will handle all visits. You do not need to be present.
• Documentation: We will ask you for all the required documentation related to selling or renting the property. If anything is missing or needs a renewal, we will help to get it sorted.
• Negotiation: We will negotiate on your behalf in order to obtain a satisfying price for both parties.
• Downpayment or rental contract: We will draft the contract according to current regulation. If you prefer, you can use a real estate lawyer (not included in the price).
• Property deed (Sales): Once all documentation is in order, we will join you at the notary office to oversee the final property deed signing.
